Before you book
Is the trial really free?
Yes — five complete one-to-one classes with a qualified tutor, at no cost. We don't ask for card details, and there's nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.
Can we request a female teacher?
Of course. Tell us your preference when you book and we'll match you with a female tutor. You can change tutor at any point, free of charge.
What ages do you teach?
From four-year-olds starting the Qaida through to adults beginning from zero. Our children's tutors are specifically trained for short attention spans and playful, patient teaching.
What if we miss a class?
Message your coordinator on WhatsApp and we'll reschedule. You are only ever billed for classes that actually take place.
How do we pay, and can we stop?
Fees are billed monthly by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or card. There is no contract and no notice period — pause or stop whenever you need to.
Do you teach in languages other than English?
Yes. Our tutors also teach in Urdu and Arabic, and we have teachers who work with French, German and Turkish speakers.
